Q: Can I stop using all chemicals?
A: No.  AquaMagna reduces surface tension of water, which allows chemicals to mix more efficiently.  You can reduce the amount you use but some chemicals will still be needed.

Q: How does AquaMagna reduce my heating cost?
A: AquaMagna removes scale from the inside of the heater as well as from the pool surfaces.  Since scale acts as an insulator, removing it increases the heater efficiency.

Q: A few days after installing AquaMagna, my pool went cloudy. Why?
A: As water and foreign particles pass through the AquaMagna’s powerful magnetic field, they pick up a positive electrical charge.    Particles normally too small to be seen or filtered out, clump together making them visible.  Once they clump together, the filter can attract them and the water will clear in a few days.  Larger particles will fall to the bottom and can be vacuumed.

Q: Why does chlorine odor seem to subside?
A: Two reasons!  Since AquaMagna allows chemicals to mix better, you can reduce the amount you are using substantially.  Secondly, AquaMagna aligns the water molecules, which reduce the surface tension, and allows less evaporation.

Q: AquaMagna does not add or take anything out of the water? Why does It seem softer?
A: As water passes through AquaMagna, it is changed in structure and molecular alignment which reduces surface tension and gives the water "soft water behavior".

Q: How long may I expect AquaMagna to last?
A: They are guaranteed for life!   No one has been around long enough to see our magnets lose their power.

Q: How long will it take to remove scale or copper stains from my pool?
A: It usually happens very quickly but may take about 3 to 4 weeks.  It should turn from a rock hard substance to a "gooey" consistency.  Once that happens, you can brush it off or leave it to gradually to disappear totally by itself.
